1. Introduction:
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by Good Company Handyman, LLC , a professional handyman company. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms. These terms apply to all clients unless specifically modified in writing.
2. Services Provided:
Good Company Handyman, LLC offers a variety of handyman services. The specific services and scope of work will be outlined in each individual work agreement or quote provided before the job begins.
3. Quotes:

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

Any changes or additional work required after the quote is provided may result in additional charges.

Quotes are based on the information provided at the time and may be subject to change if unforeseen issues arise during the course of the work.
4. Booking and Cancellation:

A deposit may be required to confirm an appointment. This fee will be applied to the final invoice unless the job is canceled.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling is allowed without penalty, provided 24 hours' notice is given.
5. Payment Terms:

Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We accept the following payment methods: Cash, check, credit card, debit card, electronic transfers (Zelle) or ACH.

Late payments are subject to a 20% interest fee per month.

In cases of non-payment, Good Company Handyman, LLC reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover outstanding debts, including any legal fees.
6. Warranty and Guarantees:

We offer a warranty of 3 days for our workmanship.

The warranty does not cover materials provided by the client or issues arising from improper maintenance, misuse, or modifications made after the work is completed.

Any defects must be reported within 3 days of the issue becoming apparent.
7. Liability:

Good Company Handyman, LLC will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided.

We are fully insured.

Clients must inform us of any hidden hazards, including but not limited to gas lines, electrical wiring, and structural concerns.
8. Client Responsibilities:

Clients are responsible for providing a safe, accessible workspace.

All areas of work must be cleared of personal belongings before the start of the job.

If work cannot proceed due to client delay or failure to prepare the workspace, additional charges may apply.
9. Use of Materials:

Good Company Handyman, LLC will use high-quality materials appropriate for the job. Any specific material requests must be discussed prior to the work starting.

Clients may purchase their own materials, or reimburse Good Company Handyman, LLC for any material purchases.

If the client chooses to provide their own materials, Good Company Handyman, LLC is not responsible for defects or delays related to those materials.
10. Variations and Additional Work:

Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing.

Additional work will be charged at the rate agreed upon in the initial agreement or as per an updated quote.
11. Privacy Policy:

We respect your privacy and will protect all personal information in accordance with applicable laws.

Any information collected during the course of business will not be shared with third parties without the client’s consent, except where required by law.
12. Termination​:

Good Company Handyman, LLC reserves the right to terminate services if the client is abusive, engages in unsafe practices, or refuses to follow agreed-upon terms.
13. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, USA.
14. Dispute Resolution:

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing formal legal action.
